Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Some specialized outdoor equipment may have different requirements—see exceptions below.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our adventure support team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Food items (due to perishable nature)
  • Health & Safety equipment that has been opened or used (first aid items, protective gear)
  • Insect Protection products that have been opened
  • Custom or special order items (including personalized equipment)

Expedition Tip

Before your next outdoor adventure, inspect all gear upon arrival. This gives you the full 15-day window to address any issues while keeping your equipment in returnable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed and expedite your replacement
